The Blue Barn Lodge is three-story 5,000 square foot home. This seven bedroom home can comfortably sleep up to 14 adults, and three children in our twin beds and crib—and is divided into four separate units for a groups of guests ranging in size from single individuals to larger parties. All linens and towels are provided to guests. While the Blue Barn Lodge is situated on a thoroughbred horse farm and training center, we ask that guests do not go near the horses. Guests may contact Camden Training Center superintendent, Paul Anderson to watch the Training Center thoroughbreds train from a safe distance. All rental rates listed below are nightly costs plus a one-time cleaning fee.
Blue Barn Lodge Unit 1: Lodge of Tranquility
Fully-furnished unit with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms; can sleep up to 4 people. A full kitchen complete with cooking supplies and appliances are available for guests’ convenience. The tastefully decorated living room and dining areas are a spacious open concept design.

Blue Barn Lodge Unit 2: Beautiful and Spacious Rural Hideaway
Unit two is located on the second-story of the Blue Barn Lodge, and guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully-furnished, three bedroom and two bath unit. Unit two can accommodate up to six guests, and has a full kitchen with all cooking supplies and appliances. The living room and dining areas are spacious and comfortable

Blue Barn Lodge Unit 3: Horse Viewing Lodge
Unit 3 is a fully-furnished five bedroom unit with an open concept design. It can comfortably sleep up to 10 adults with two twin beds and a crib. Unit three’s kitchen has cooking supplies and appliances ready for guests to use.

Blue Barn Lodge Unit 4: Horse Trail Retreat
Unit 4 is perfect for large parties who want the experience of the entire Blue Barn Lodge. Complete with seven fully-furnished bedrooms, unit 4 can comfortably sleep up to 14 people; unit four also has two twin beds, a crib, and 5 and 1/2 bathrooms.
